Terms of Service — Forever Storied

1. Welcome

Forever Storied helps you record and shape your life story. By using the service you agree to these plain-language terms.

2. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login secure and for the content you add to your book. You must be at least 16 to use Forever Storied.

3. Your content

Everything you write or upload stays yours. We store it so we can show it back to you, generate AI drafts, and produce your printed book. We never sell your stories or share them publicly without your action (e.g. creating a share link).

4. AI assistance

We use AI to suggest questions, draft narratives, transcribe voice notes, and caption photos. AI suggestions are starting points — you decide what stays in your book.

5. Subscriptions and printing

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime in Settings. Printed books are fulfilled by our print partner; orders are non-refundable once sent to print.

6. Acceptable use

Don't use Forever Storied to harm others, infringe rights, or upload illegal content. We may suspend accounts that do.

7. Closing your account

You can export and delete your data anytime from Settings. Closing your account removes your stories from our active systems within 30 days.

8. Changes

If we update these terms in a meaningful way we'll let you know by email. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
